Instruct clients in fitness activities

A set program is suggested for the group

You have decided to suggest to the group that they follow a program of activities that you have used before. You feel comfortable with the program, as you have used it with other groups before.

You can view the exercises and activities that you have planned for Garry, Rob and Susie by clicking on the link below.

You get the group together to introduce the program. You tell the group what you want them to do in each activity. You take considerable time to explain to the group why each of the activities in the program is important and what they will get out of the activities. You also tell them how to perform each part of the activity in detail.

It is obvious that not all of the clients have related to how you presented the program. You will need to come up with a way of making sure all the clients in the group feel comfortable with how you give your instructions. What will you do to try and make sure you are able to relate to all the clients?
